This job shadowing experience explores the relationship between education, society, and cultural heritage in Malta. Participants observe how cultural identity, historical awareness, and local traditions are embedded within educational practices and learning environments.

Duration: One week (Sunday–Sunday)
Format: Morning and afternoon sessions with excursions and institutional visits included
Language: English
The programme offers insight into how education in Malta interacts with wider social and cultural contexts, highlighting the role of heritage as a living and active component of learning.
By the end of the programme, participants will have gained a deeper understanding of how education can reflect, preserve and promote cultural heritage while strengthening connections between schools and the wider community.
