Diversity and Inclusion at School
This job shadowing programme is designed for educators who wish to deepen their understanding of inclusive education within multicultural learning environments. Participants gain first-hand insight into how Maltese schools, organisations, and NGOs respond to cultural diversity, promote inclusion, and foster intercultural dialogue through everyday classroom practices and whole-school strategies.

Duration: One week (Sunday–Sunday)
Format: Morning and afternoon sessions with excursions and institutional visits included

The experience combines practical observation with
guided professional reflection, enabling participants to connect educational theory with real-world practice in diverse learning contexts.
By the end of the programme, participants will have developed a clearer understanding of effective strategies for supporting diversity and inclusion, and will be better equipped to apply inclusive and intercultural practices within their own educational contexts.
